Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
· Unused and in original condition
· In the original packaging
· Accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide clear photo and a description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs if applicable.
How to Return an Item
· Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
· We’ll reply with return instructions and, if approved, a return shipping address.
· Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or arrange a replacement.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
Please note: Gift vouchers are non refundable.
