Change
of Mind Returns
We
accept change of mind returns within 30
days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

and in original condition

the original packaging

Accompanied
by proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping
costs for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or Incorrect
Items
If
your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us
within 7 days of delivery.
Provide clear photo and a description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, including
any return shipping costs if applicable.
How to Return an Item

with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll
reply with return instructions and, if approved, a return shipping address.

Once
we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original
payment method or arrange a replacement.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds
are processed within 7 business days of
receiving the returned item.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take
additional time for funds to appear in your account.
Please note: Gift vouchers are non refundable.
